REFUND AND RETURN

Orders placed over the weekend will not be processed until the following working day. Orders placed on national holidays will not be processed until the following working day.

UK Standard delivery time will usually take between 5-7 working days. Please note My Zaza Design is not responsible for any delays caused by the postage company.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If there is a problem with your product, please contact us as soon as possible. If items are found to be faulty upon delivery, you may reject them and contact us for exchange. We are to be notified of this within 7 days of the delivery date. We will only accept an item that has not been used and is in the original packaging. If these conditions are not met the item will be returned to you. We can only offer exchange if your item is received faulty. We can’t offer refund as all our item are handmade to order. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange the exchange. Items for exchange must be returned in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase, in an unused condition. If a fault is found or develops after this time, please contact us to discuss whether you are entitled to a repair or a replacement.

Cost of postage for returns is to be paid for by you. We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service to return items to us, all items remain your responsibility in transit until it has been returned to us. CELEBRATE
